B. Payment-Related Information (Authors & Book Review Clients)

For authors publishing with INPress: Full name, business/ personal address, email, phone number, and payment details (bank account/PayPal info) to process publishing fee payments and royalty disbursements.
For professional book review clients: Full name, business/personal address, email, phone number, and payment details (credit card, bank account/PayPal info) to process review service payments.
Note: We do NOT store raw credit card data—all payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) that are PCI DSS compliant.

C. Automatically Collected Data (Site Use)

IP address, browser type, and device information (to optimize Site performance and prevent fraud).
Site navigation data (pages visited, time on site, and content interactions—used to improve Site UX and SEO).
Cookie data (see Section 1.4 for Cookie Policy).

D. UGC-Related Data (If You Submit User-Generated Content)

Name, email, and username (associated with UGC submissions: book reviews, book club comments, and author feedback).

Authors/Book Review Clients: Retain your data for the duration of our service relationship, plus 7 years after completion (for tax/royalty record-keeping).
General Site Users: Retain anonymized analytics data indefinitely; delete personal contact data (email/name) after 1 year of inactivity.
UGC Contributors: Retain your UGC-associated data for as long as the UGC is published on the Site, plus 1 year after removal.
